YESvember: 5 things we love saying yes to at Randolph Paper

It’s NOvember, but at Randolph, we’ve always preferred the word YES. Here’s what we’re saying yes to this YESvember, and all year round.

1. We say yes to small orders.

Some printers work in big shops. Some printers work in small sheds. All are welcome to buy from Randolph. We won’t make you find room for a whole carton when the job only needs a thousand sheets.

We say yes to your order, no matter the size. After all, we’ve been friend to the small printer since 1996.

2. We say yes to taking your call.

At Randolph, we love taking calls from customers. We have friendly reps who are ready to help you out. Call to order, ask for a quote, or just say hi. We don’t charge phone order fees and are happy to talk things through.

Not sure which stock fits the job? Curious about what’s in our warehouse? Have a question about a product you received? These are all good reasons to call.

If we don’t answer, we’re probably hunting Turkeys for our annual Turkey Special (you can call us about that, too!). Leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you soon.

3. We say yes to the continental US.

Our shipping network reaches across the continental U.S., with warehouses in 9 different states. That means whether you’re printing in a big city or a small town, we’ve got you covered.

We aim for 1-2 day shipping on our most popular products for 98% of the US. If we’re on the same land mass, you’ll have paper in your hand fast!

Have a tight deadline? Give us a call. Let’s see what we can do for you.

4. We say yes to double-corrugated boxes.

Our paper is high-quality stuff. It’s still paper, though, so it’s fairly fragile (well, besides our synthetic sheets–our marketing intern tried with all her might to crumple one of those up, but she couldn’t leave a dent).

You don’t need to worry about your paper getting to you safe. We don’t send products out in flimsy boxes; that would be no way to treat a friend. Instead, we use strong double-corrugated cardboard boxes, so there are always two layers of durable material between your paper and the outside world.

Your paper will arrive in one piece. Well, technically, it will arrive in thousands of pieces, depending on how many sheets you order… The point is this: your paper is safe!

5. We say yes to caring about you and your work.

Randolph Next Day Paper was born in 1996, when Stan Bachmeyer decided to give small print shops the service they needed. Printing already ran in the family: his father was a printer, and his grandfather ran a printing company in Cincinnati. We work in paper, but our hearts are also in the print shop.

We care about your work and we understand what you need to make it easier: good product, good prices, and good service. At Randolph, we say yes to keeping this care and understanding for you at the front of our minds. After all, our printers are the best in the world!

That’s why we’ll always say yes to showing care and respect for our printers.
